Library Policy
Students in grades PK-5 visit the library each week. During their time in the library students receive instruction which supports classroom curriculum. Students are able to check out books weekly from the library during their regularly scheduled library time. Students in grades PreK, Kindergarten and First grade check out one book each week. Students in Second and Third grade check out two books each week. Students in Fourth and Fifth grade may check out three books each week.
Students in grades Sixth through Eighth visit the library twice a month for scheduled instruction and book check out. Open check out is available Mondays and Fridays from 7:30 am - 11:45 am and 12:20 pm - 2:20 pm.
Lost or Damaged Materials
Students are responsible for returning items to the library in the same condition as received. Students will be charged replacement cost for lost or damaged materials.
