Battle of the Books is an exciting program offered to Elementary Students (grades 4 and 5) and Middle Grades students, which combines reading with team competition.  As a team, students will read a set of fifteen books and then compete with other students throughout the city in answering questions about the books.

The Battle of the Books Club will hold practice in the school library.  During these meetings, students will quiz each other on the books that they have finished reading.  Beginning in January we will meet at the Willow Oaks Library.  At these meetings, our team will practice competing with students from other schools throughout the city.  Transportation must be provided.

Interested students please come by the library to pick up a permission slip.
